BREEAM® ES Urbanism is the evaluation and certification scheme for sustainability that helps developers and planning officers to improve, measure and independently certify the sustainability of their development proposals in the early stages of urban planning. Moreover, it is a tool box that allows the opening of a channel of discussion between developers and planning officers in both directions. UP helps to certify the sustainability of the proposal / project at an early stage of development.

ISEMOA has designed a tool to help local and regional stakeholders improving the mobility for all citizens. The ISEMOA Quality Management System (ISEMOA QMS) is following a structured quality management approach based on a moderated audit process. This proven approach guided by UP-ISEMOA auditor helps local and regional stakeholders to assess the level of accessibility of public space and public transport in their area, and it helps to develop strategies and measures for improving the current situation.

Road Safety Audits as independent, detailed, systematic checks on technical security design features of road projects and as well applied to the different phases from the exploitation draft in its initial phase. UP qualified auditors certify the compliance of road safety for road projects.
